Nick Boller Finishes a West Summer

3 months ago By David Hinchliffe

Overseas amateur heads back to Australia.

McCrea West of Scotland's overseas amateur, Nick Boller, has left Glasgow after an extended stay in Scotland.

The Queenslander was a fixture at the club this season, keeping wicket (8 catches and 3 stumpings) and scoring 168 runs despite a mid-season injury and a wet summer. He stood in as captain for the Development XI at the end of the season, showing great leadership and character. Nick also found time to represent a Joe Root XI against Jimmy Anderson XI in England.

Nick was a great presence around Hamilton Crescent, including helping with juniors. All at West consider him a "Roon for Life". The club wish him great future luck and hope to seen him back soon!
