An Evening for West: Join Us at Our 2026 Fundraising Dinner
West of Scotland Cricket Club is delighted to invite members, supporters, friends and the wider cricket community to what promises to be a brilliant evening as we come together to support the club at our Fundraising Dinner on Friday 4 September.
Hosted at Hillhead Sports Club, the evening gets underway at 7.00pm and features an outstanding line-up, led by special guest speaker Scotland World Cup goalkeeper Alan Rough.
Keeping the entertainment flowing throughout the night will be our master of ceremonies, Alan Snedden from Glasgow Warriors hospitality and a long-time West of Scotland Cricket Club supporter.
Guests will enjoy a superb three-course dinner, with salmon to start, followed by chicken or beef for the main course, before finishing with sticky toffee pudding, ice cream or a cheese selection. Vegetarian and vegan alternatives will also be available.
The evening is not only a great opportunity to enjoy excellent food and company, but also to help raise vital funds for the club. A fundraising auction and raffle will feature a range of fantastic prizes, including:
A signed Scotland Women's National Football Team 2024 shirt.
A signed and framed photograph of the England 2009 Ashes-winning cricket team.
A four-ball golf voucher for The Westerwood Hotel & Golf Resort.
Many more prizes to be announced.
Tickets are £65 per person, with a discounted price of £50 for current West players.
