Here at West of Scotland Cricket Club, we have some brilliant facilities for hire. Please read below about hiring our function room, indoor training school and ground.

Function room and bar

We have an excellent function room and bar to hire. The function room can accommodate around 90 seated tables for events and up to 100 people. The bar is fully licensed with competitive prices.

The club can accommodate the following functions:

Birthday parties
Weddings
Christenings
Wakes
Charity events
BBQs
Social gatherings
Club/society meetings and AGMs
Music jams
ZUMBA or fitness classes
Corporate events (presentation facilities available and light buffets can be provided)
Club meetings
Training days

Please note we are not able to host 18th or 21st birthday parties.

Costs

The booking cost is £100 per evening or afternoon. A deposit is required prior to the function to the secure booking.

Indoor training school

We are very lucky at West to have our own indoor training facility. The indoor school is available for hire from external parties all year-round.

This school is situated behind the clubhouse and has two training lanes. It is available for hire throughout the year. Note that availability is very limited during the summer months.

The cost of hire is £30 an hour.

Ground hire

We offer ground hire, although with the busy schedule of the cricket season, availability is limited. If you would like to enquire about booking the ground, please contact us here.

Transport links

The club has excellent transport links to and from Glasgow city centre and the West of Scotland. It is located very close to Partick Transport Hub (trains, bus and Subway), the club also has excellent road links being close to the Clydeside Express Way and the Clyde Tunnel, both giving easy access to the M8, M77 and M74 motorways. There is free car parking (after 6pm) on Peel Street and Fortrose Street, the streets adjacent to the club.
